Here, at www.staybab.com, if you wish to cancel your booking after confirmation,

·All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours’ before the commencement of booking to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • For Cancellation, you can contact us at our email chairman@staybab.com. Upon cancellation, the refund shall be payable as per the refund policies of the Property Partner and at our sole discretion.

Staybab.com does not set a refund on behalf of the Property Partner. All issues related to refund shall always be between the Customer and the Property Partner. We (Staybab.com) shall not be liable for any refund-related claims in connection with the Property Partner and the Property Partner hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Website in connection therewith.

However, in a determination to accomplish customer satisfaction, if there is an issue, you can contact us through our email info@staybab.com.

We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem.

If for any reason, our back-office staff confirms a refund. Then, a refund will be made accordingly.
